  • How far in advance do I need to schedule a dumpster rental?

    We offer next-day delivery, but scheduling as early as possible ensures availability. 

  • What can I put in the dumpster?

    You can dispose of most household items, construction debris, yard waste, and furniture. Contacy us for a full list of accepted materials.

  • Can I put a mattress in a dumpster?

    Yes, but additional fees may apply depending on the disposal site nearest your location.

  • What items are not allowed in the dumpster?

    Batteries, Tires, Propane Tanks, Paint/Solvents, Hazardous Waste

  • Can I place the dumpster on the street?

    You may need a permit from your local goverment. 

  • Do I need to be home for the delivery or pickup?

    No, but please provide clear placement instructions, and ensure that the area is accessible. 

  • How much space is needed for the dumpster?

    Make sure there is enough space for the dumpster and delivery truck, typically about 10' W and 50' D.

  • How do I pay for the rental?

    We accept credit card, cash, and business checks. Payment is usually required upfront. 

  • What happens if I overfill the dumpster?

    Overfilling may result in additional fees, and the dumpster must remain level for safe transportation. 

  • What if I need an additional dumpster?

    Call us, and we can arrange for another dumpster to be delivered quickly for an additional charge of $165.

  • Is there a cancellation policy?

    Yes, please notify us as sppm as possible to cancel your rental. If the dumpster has alread been delivered a cancellation fee will be required.
